Who We Are

We are Doug and Andrea Hahn, and with the help of our 5 (mostly grown) children, we are pleased to bring you White Pine Products we produce in our small bakery in Timber, Oregon. We are a family that loves food, loves people, and loves God. Experiencing amazing food inspires us, and experiencing it together and with others edifies us. While we love to prepare and share delicious food, we love even more to provide nourishment for the soul when we bring people together to share a meal. With every bag of granola or nuts that we package, we take joy in imagining our customers delighting in its goodness.

The History of White Pine

White Pine Products began in 2007 when our friend, Chef Ira Krizo, founded his Ashland, Oregon, Bed and Breakfast. His customers continually requested a way to purchase his delicious, home-made granola. Over the next 15 years, Ira expanded the White Pine offerings into local grocery stores, markets, and coffee shops, while simultaneously pursuing other culinary endeavors. Desiring to focus more fully on the Christian Culinary Academy he founded and directs in Cannon Beach, Oregon, in August 2022, Ira sold the White Pine business to our family. We are excited to carry on the legacy of quality and care Ira so thoroughly established.
